On June 26, Recer had the pleasure of welcoming a group of students from CERCIAG, a cooperative that supports people with disabilities through vocational training, education, and social reintegration.

The visit began with an overview of Recer’s ceramic production process, from the preparation of ceramic mixtures and testing in our laboratories, to observing the production lines and the involvement of our teams at every stage.

At the end, the students also had the opportunity to paint their own tiles. These pieces were later fired at Recer and given as souvenirs of a morning filled with discovery, sharing, and creativity.

This initiative aligns with our commitment to community engagement and social responsibility. By opening our doors, we aim to promote education, inclusion, and awareness of the Portuguese ceramic industry, built with precision, dedication, and identity.

At Recer, sharing what we do is sharing who we are. And at the core of everything is the same belief: ceramics gain value when made with people, for people.
