You can request up to 3 free samples per order.

Yes. Physical samples are completely free. A shipping fee of €3.95 applies.

No. At this time, samples are only shipped to addresses in Portugal.

Samples are delivered within a maximum of 3 business days after the request is confirmed. Delivery is made via “Correio Verde”.

Yes. You can place as many requests as you like, as long as you respect the limit of up to 3 samples per shipment.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us. We will do our best to help.

Samples may be cut from actual tiles or, when the product is already available in a small format, correspond to the full tile. They are offered in sizes such as 13×13 cm, 10×10 cm or 15×13 cm and represent both colour and finish. However, natural differences may occur in products with moderate to high variation, as well as slight discrepancies in thickness. For complete details, please refer to the information available on our website.

No. Samples are only available for products sold by the square metre. Items sold by the unit, such as mosaics, small pieces and 3D-effect elements, are excluded. If you are unsure about the availability of a specific item, please contact us.
