RECER respects the best practices in the field of security and protection of personal data, and to this end has approved a demanding program, capable of safeguarding the protection of the data made available to us by all those who in any way relate to the Company.

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the collection and processing of personal data carried out by this company.

What kind of personal data do we collect?
Within the scope of its activity, RECER collects and processes the personal data necessary to provide services and/or supply products, processing data such as your name, address, date of birth, gender, email address, educational qualifications, tax identification number, among other data. This information may be requested when you register or fill in contact forms within our websites, whether as an employee, job seeker, trainee, trainer, supplier, visitor, partner, among others, or when you receive or send e-mails, or for services that require registration or subscription. All personal information relating to these stakeholders and others who use RECER’s websites will be treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (GDPR).

RECER collects your data by telephone, in writing or via its website, with your consent. As a rule, personal data is collected when the User subscribes to one of our products or services.

If you wish, you can cancel your registration or use at any time and you can choose not to receive any emails, and you can also choose to delete all your personal information from our database.
The data subject also has the right to receive a copy of their personal information held by us. RECER reserves the right to charge a small fee for administrative and IT costs for any request made. If you are a user of our websites through the user registration process, your data will be stored in a specific user control database. However, the Data Subject may request its deletion whenever they wish, by writing to our official address on the website.

If you do not wish to receive these communications, you can object at any time to the use of your data for marketing purposes, for sending informative communications or for inclusion in lists or information services.
What measures does RECER take to ensure the security of your personal data?
RECER is committed to guaranteeing the protection of the security of the personal data provided to us and has approved and implemented strict rules in this regard. Compliance with these rules is an undeniable obligation of all those who legally access them.
Bearing in mind RECER’s great concern and commitment to defending privacy issues, a number of technical and organizational security measures have been adopted to protect the personal data provided to us from unauthorized disclosure, loss, misuse, alteration, processing or access, as well as from any other form of unlawful processing. In this sense, the forms for collecting personal data require encrypted browser sessions and all the personal data you provide us with about yourself is stored securely in RECER’s systems.
Notwithstanding the security measures adopted by RECER, we are obliged to warn all those who surf the Internet that they should adopt additional security measures, namely ensuring that they use a PC and Browser that are up-to-date in terms of security patches, properly configured, with an active firewall, anti-virus and anti-spyware, and that they check the authenticity of the sites they visit on the Internet, avoiding websites whose reputation they do not trust.
