What kind of personal data do we collect?

Within the scope of its activity, RECER collects and processes the personal data necessary to provide services and/or supply products, processing data such as your name, address, date of birth, gender, email address, educational qualifications, tax identification number, among other data. This information may be requested when you register or fill in contact forms within our websites, whether as an employee, job seeker, trainee, trainer, supplier, visitor, partner, among others, or when you receive or send e-mails, or for services that require registration or subscription. All personal information relating to these stakeholders and others who use RECER’s websites will be treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (GDPR).

The data subject also has the right to receive a copy of their personal information held by us. RECER reserves the right to charge a small fee for administrative and IT costs for any request made. What measures does RECER take to ensure the security of your personal data?

RECER is committed to guaranteeing the protection of the security of the personal data provided to us and has approved and implemented strict rules in this regard. Compliance with these rules is an undeniable obligation of all those who legally access them.

Bearing in mind RECER’s great concern and commitment to defending privacy issues, a number of technical and organizational security measures have been adopted to protect the personal data provided to us from unauthorized disclosure, loss, misuse, alteration, processing or access, as well as from any other form of unlawful processing. In this sense, the forms for collecting personal data require encrypted browser sessions and all the personal data you provide us with about yourself is stored securely in RECER’s systems.
